All Under One Roof: A Selection of LA Artists
Guest curated by Iranian-American arts writer Yasmine Mohseni, All Under One Roof features a range of creations by ten artists who have, in one way or another, found themselves working in the current arts capital of the world. The group show at Tarryn Teresa Gallery — which doubles as its two-year anniversary show — examines and redefines the notion of homeland, with artists including Beautiful/Decay publisher Amir Fallah and noted curator Claressinka Anderson using diverse media and unique formal approaches to illustrate how living and working in LA has infused, nurtured, and often challenged their creative impulses.

Tarryn Teresa Gallery is pleased to present a group exhibition by guest curator Yasmine Mohseni. The themed exhibition examines interpretations and representations of homelands. Adopted homes. Continue Story.
I am very excited to announce that I am now the U.S. Correspondent for Canvas magazine. Canvas is the most relevant contemporary arts magazine published in the Middle East today. The Dubai-based publication focuses on the contemporary Middle Eastern art scene. Over the past year, I have covered various topics for them, including an in depth look at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s burgeoning contemporary Islamic art collection and a profile of the New York-based Lebanese artist Nabil Nahas.
The magazine is available stateside at Rizzoli bookstores and will soon be at newsstands across the country. For now, it's widely distributed in Europe and the Middle East.
